The Goal Here At Technology Hook Up,
Is to Successfully and safely Install/Hang/Mount/Assemble/and or complete job stated in the previous invoice.

Please read this document in its entirety.

Each job may vary due to the work environment, so both the technician and customer should be ready and prepared for all types of scenarios that may happen on the job. Witch can include EXTRA: Materials, Parts, Equipment and or Time.

Even cancelations or rescdules may occur.

Here at Technology Hook-Up we want to make sure that we leave you the customer happy if not impressed.

We try our best by taking pride in our work and keeping a Nothing but NET policy. We do are best to uphold it. Neat, Efficient and Timely.

We keep our area NEAT: before during and after the job We will do an EFFICIENT job until complete

We Pre Plan, Practice, and Prepare so we can be TIMELY

You the customer has received the:
Hook Up Questionnaire and upon its reviewal and speaking with you the customer your invoice has been created.

If the customer is supplying any of the equipment, you the customer would need to ensure that all parts and pieces are available, And equivalent to the work, accessories as well.

Technology Hook-Up is not reasonable for any missing customer parts or pieces not corresponding to the work.

All questions about job should be asked and answered before scheduled work date.

Technology Hook-Up stands behind the equipment we provide.

If you customer desires we will help the customer research a suitable product, For the job,

If the customer feels confident in the product, we will provide our services

If we feel as if a product the customer wants or provides is not safe, or not in our means of work we will not provide the service.

Any equipment that needs to be picked up from any location should be pre-paid for and ready with technician authority to pick up

Any equipment provided by the customer or Technology Hook-Up is to be installed with the integrity of the Technician’s decision.

If Technology hook up is has already started the job and an a item is needed from the store we charge 40 dollars for a store run for anything needed not included on questioner or quote forms this excludes any type of handwear needed unless customer supplied equipment.

Technology hook up pre schedules all services, installs and all other work.

Once the date and time is set on the signed invoice, we will uphold to are schedule but keep in mind that time may vary from job to job so please expect a 30-60-minute window for our techs to catch up.

You should receive a call, 30 minutes before your schedule time to be informed about the later time arrival. If one should occur.

All times should be noted on the Technicians Field service report. They will have it with them on the schedule work date discounts are given for late tech arrival and at the company discretion. We try to be fair and we want to hook you up

The time that customer’s set is the time of arrival they should be home and or ready for the work to be completed we give a 15-minute grace period but we would like to start working as soon as possible

If technology hook up is waiting on a customer longer then 15 min, we start charging the customer 20hr for the wait time no exceptions.

Most jobs are charged by the item not by time but in some cases, time will be charged depending on the specifics of the job.

All information must be noted on invoice and Technician Field service report during and after the job.

You the customer and the technician must inspect the work once completed to make sure that the work is satisfactory and or meets your needs.

Technology hook up will take your trash pertaining to the work and the job completed if needed but we charge for excessive amounts with no outside receptacle

Only the items listed in the description will be provided. All additional parts and or services needed must be added to the proper forms. No other work will be done without the express permission of THU office and the customer approval. The previous invoice is only an estimate and the prices may differ due to different specifics to the job, Materials Actually Used and any Additional Customer Time. Before any changes are made the THU, technicians MUST notify the customer of the updated scope of work and add changes to the contract, or stop the work depending on the decision of the customer. THU guarantees the integrity of workmanship.

Once you the customer has signed the Tech service report.

Work has been completed and technology hook up has already packed up and cleaned up. If any other work is to be done prior from technician leaving 10 minuets after it is considered a return trip same day returns for 30$ under technician’s discretion and schedule It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the work ask any questions and make sure that they are happy with their service during final walk through to paint and texture if needed. Technology Hook-Up dose not paint or texture the wall.

Please sign the bottom of the technicians' field service report as a consent of work approval and payment.
